Is the content available immediately?
No, it’s delivered gradually to help you stay focused and avoid overwhelm.
Can I ask questions by email?
Slack is our main hub, where I will be available Monday- Wednesday & Friday from 10am- 6pm,but occasional emails are welcome.
Can I really design and launch a program in 4 months?
Yes, I validated my methodology and I can confirm that if you commit to the process and implement what you learn, you will definitely do it!
If you have any questions, apply so we will talk about your situation and evaluate your specific case.
How many hours per week should I plan to invest?
It really depends on your starting point.
On average, 2–6 hours per week (including the group sessions time).
When are the live mentoring sessions?
During the onboarding I will ask everyone their availability so that we can coordinate a time that works for everyone during the kickoff session.
What if I can’t attend a live session?
Recordings will be available on the platform, but attending live is the way to go!
Do I need to have my group program idea fully defined before joining HANABI?
Not necessarily. You can start with 2-3 ideas and choose one within the first 2–3 weeks.
I already have a group program. Is HANABI still for me?
Absolutely! We can refine and re-launch your existing program with an upgraded strategy.
In the 1:1 Vision & Roadmap Session I’ll give you personalised advice on how to best approach your existing program.
Do I have to pay VAT?
No VAT required – the business is registered in the UK.
What if I change my mind? Is there a refund policy?
Yes, you have 15 days from the start date to request a refund in writing emailing: hello@itsvirtualfreedom.com.
However, if we have already had the 1:1 vision & roadmap session together, the cost of the session (€300) is NOT refundable. Proof of implementation will be required.
The refund will take approximately 7-10 business days after confirmation.
