Who’s behind Beyond the Offer?

Hey, I’m Marian — a Spaniard with a Japanese heart, a travel-obsessed strategist, and your go-to guide for crafting group offers that actually work (for you and your clients).

 

I left Spain and moved to the UK without speaking English, and six years later I was managing a 5-star hotel—until burnout made me rethink everything. At 29, I enrolled in university to study Japanese translation, moved solo across the country, lived in Japan for a year, and just when I was about to move there permanently, the pandemic hit.

That’s when I discovered the online business world. I started as a VA, became an OBM, and now I mentor entrepreneurs on how to build businesses that feel like home — wherever they are in the world.

 

Most days you’ll find me deep in a Google Doc, hopping between countries, or voice-noting brilliant women through their next business evolution.
